Our vision is to become a national model of early childhood excellence where every A-Player is empowered, every A-Learner is inspired, and every A-Parent is supported. The Early Learning Institute strives to create a world where early learning is rooted in purpose, driven by God's plan, and marked by exceptional teaching, thriving students, and strong community partnerships.
Our Core Values
Mr. Ty, widely known as "The Childcare Whisperer," is a faith-driven leader, educator, and visionary dedicated to transforming early learning through purpose, excellence, and love.
From a young age, Mr. Ty knew his purpose was bigger than himself, to inspire, influence, and invest in the next generation.
In 2020, he took a leap of faith and stepped out on his calling, leaving behind the comfort of the familiar to build something greater.
In 2025, God closed the circle in the most powerful way. Mr. Ty purchased the very Atlanta center where his childcare career began years ago, and turned it into something extraordinary.
This is more than a business, this is ministry in motion. The Early Learning Institute was built on faith, shaped by purpose, and sustained by God's grace. Every child who walks through our doors is a reminder that we're here for such a time as this.

We educate using the Whisperer Curriculum, a proprietary curriculum blending structured traditional foundations, creative exploration, faith-based development, social-emotional learning, and developmental best practices. Our A-Players think outside the box to deliver à la carte learning experiences tailored to each A-Learner. Beyond academics, we offer a variety of extra-curricular activities designed to spark creativity, build skills, and foster a love of learning.
At ELI, we prepare children not just for success inside our walls, but beyond, developing well-rounded scholars, confident leaders, and responsible citizens.
Our Foundations Division serves A-learners from 6 weeks to 2 years of age, providing a nurturing, structured environment where early development, care, and foundational growth begin.
Our Scholars Division is designed for A-learners 2.5 years old to 12 years of age, where curiosity is elevated, independence is strengthened, and future leaders continue to grow and thrive.
